China Targets American Farmers With Sorghum Surcharges

Its commerce ministry said Tuesday that it would require importers to pay deposits worth 178.6% of  the value of U.S. sorghum shipments, following an investigation that initially found the grain was being dumped at prices that hurt domestic producers.
