Arsht Center Gives Kids Career Making Opportunity In AileyCamp

On August 1, children of AileyCamp rocked the Knight Concert Hall stage, which has been used by big-name performers, including Barry Manilow, Kevin Spacey and even President Barack Obama.
Laughter, tears, and many standing ovations filled the concert hall of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts as the audience watched these children in their emotionally moving and final dance performance of the summer.
But here’s the interesting part: These students aren’t dancers. In fact, most of them had no dancing experience whatsoever. They’re the underserved children of Miami, and received a scholarship for the summer camp.

Hollywood’s Young Circle Enjoys Cultural Renaissance, Food Trucks On Mondays

Since it was founded, Young Circle has been one of Hollywood’s most visited parks. Located in the center of Downtown Hollywood, Young Circle frequently plays host to a variety of concerts, restaurants, bars, and countless other special events.
Named after the City’s founder, Joseph Wesley Young, the park has become a great multi-purpose park that was remodeled as part of the 2000 Safe Parks and Land Preservation Bond.
City officials said that the Arts Park has added to the existing charm of Young Circle.
