Wednesday, April 26th, 2017
The two Georgia cops who were fired this month after they were caught on camera punching and stomping a non-resisting man have been criminally charged.
Turns out, one of the cops had punched the man because the man had been trying to record the interaction, according to the victim’s attorney.
But unknowing to Gwinnett County Police Sergeant Mike Bongiovanni, he was being recorded by another citizen witnessing the altercation from their car.
Another witness then recorded Gwinnett County police officer Robert McDonald, who came running up and stomped on the head of Demetrius Hollins after he had been handcuffed and was laying facedown

WATCH: Michigan Judge Finds Attorney in Contempt for Live Streaming Trial already being Live Streamed

Tuesday, April 25th, 2017

Two television news cameras were live streaming the ridiculous trial of a man cited for warming up his car in the driveway of his Michigan home during subfreezing temperatures when the judge turned to the defense and asked if they were live streaming.
Attorney Nicholas Somberg acknowledged that his associate sitting behind him was live streaming, but had only done so after asking the local media if it was permissible.
But Roseville District Judge Marco Santia was infuriated that Somberg did not fill out a permission slip approved by him and ruled him in contempt of court.
The judge also looked directly

WATCH: North Carolina Cop Places Gun to Unarmed Man’s Head, Threatening to Kill Him

Tuesday, April 25th, 2017
“Is your shit on? Cut it off,” said a North Carolina cop after he and several other cops roughed up a man.
Body cam footage released this week shows Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers punching and elbowing James Yarborough during an arrest while Yarborough was on the ground.
One of the officers then puts a gun to Yarborough’s head and says, “I will kill you.”
Thankfully, that officer did not make good on his promise, but he later noted in his report that he feared for his life because Yarborough was reaching for his waist.
Although the incident occurred in March 2016, the internal affairs department just cleared

FBI agents in Texas ripped two cameras out of the hands of a PINAC reporter who was standing in front of a federal building legally recording from a public sidewalk Thursday, claiming they were in fear for their safety.
“I don’t want to be struck in the face,” said Keith A. Byers, an Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the El Paso FBI office at 660 South Mesa Hills Drive.
However, David Worden made no indication he would strike the agents in the face with his cameras.
In fact, Worden had been standing on the public sidewalk in front of the FBI building for

WATCH: Texas Deputy Kills Unarmed Navy Vet; Sheriff Lies About “Gun Battle” That Never Took Place

Saturday, April 22nd, 2017
A Texas deputy shot and killed an unarmed Navy veteran during a traffic stop, then the sheriff in charge  lied about it, saying the deputy and the man were engaged in a shootout where the deputy was fired upon first, prompting him to fire his weapon eight times.
But that never happened.
Dash cam video released this week shows not only was there no shootout, Lyle P. Blanchard, 59, didn’t even have a gun when he exited his vehicle – only to be struck by four of eight rounds fired by Bell County Sheriff’s Corporal Shane Geers in Harker Heights, Texas.
Police also claim Blanchard had anti-police

Michigan cops arrested six people at a town hall meeting centered around the water system in Flint, where cost-cutting measures led to drinking water tainted with lead and other dangerous toxins, according to MLive.
Flint police say they were charged for disorderly conduct because they refused to remove their hats during the town hall meeting.
Two videos posted on Twitter and embedded below show one man wearing a cap being arrested who is not cursing while another woman with a ski cap records. A second video shows that woman being arrested.

Thursday, April 20th, 2017
The surveillance video showing Punta Gorda police officer Lee Coel shooting and killing a retired librarian during a “shoot/don’t shoot” citizen’s academy training exercise last year was obtained by a local television news station, showing the cop dressed in a hoodie and playing the role of a thug before pulling the trigger.
But it was obvious Coel was a thug long before he shot and killed Mary Knowlton, a 73-year-old retired librarian who joined the academy to show her support for police at a time when cops were receiving negative press for killing unarmed citizens.
However, these signs were ignored by

Attorney Jose Baez said Hernandez not only showed no signs of being suicidal, but was optimistic about winning an upcoming appeal for the 2015 murder conviction of Odin Lloyd in Bristol County, Massachusetts
Baez also defended Hernandez on double murder charges last week for the 2012 killings of Danel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado outside of a Boston nightclub, which largely relied on testimony from Alexander Bradley, a witness who received immunity

Ohio Cop Sexually Assaults Women with Sex Toy during Traffic Stop

East Cleveland police officer Kenneth Bolton Jr. had no reason to pull the women over because they had already been cited by another officer 30 minutes earlier.
But he probably heard they were attractive, both of them in their early 20s. And he may have even heard they had a sex toy in the back seat.
Cops tend to get off on these things, so word spreads fast.

Two Georgia Cops Fired – Including an “Officer of the Month” – After Videos Surface Showing them Beating, Stomping Man

Two Georgia cops were fired Thursday after videos surfaced showing them punching and stomping on the head of an unarmed non-resisting man.

Sacramento police released the dash cam video showing the cop stop a man for jaywalking, then proceeding to choke and beat him when the man did not lie flat on the ground to receive his summons.
Or maybe the cop planned to jail him for jaywalking.
Or more likely, the cop just planned to arrest him for the timeworn crime of Walking While Black.
Many will claim that does not happen, but it’s hard to believe the cop would have done the same to a white man crossing the street at an intersection, which is legal under California law as well as

Louisiana Town Clerk Calls Cops on PINAC Reporter Making Public Records Request
