LAPD Officer Feared for His Life, When He Committed Statutory Rape

Friday, June 23rd, 2017
The City of Los Angeles Police Department and it’s Chief Charlie Beck have had one troublesome week but not as bad a Police Officer Robert Cain’s. Robert Cain now charged with violating California Penal Code Section 261.5 (a) after it was discovered during the investigation into the week-old incident involving stolen LAPD cruisers and a group of teenage LAPD Cadets.
Robert Cain is reported by local media as the individual who controlled the issuance of equipment and vehicles at the LAPD Devonshire Station. The very same location the LAPD cruisers were reported stolen from.

Thursday, June 22nd, 2017
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office shot and killed a 17-year-old young man in the early hours of Thursday, June 22, 2017, after responding to a noise complaint regarding a house party.  According to local media outlets and the LASD, the deputies had encountered a dog in the yard and one deputy was bitten. The injured deputy then called for his supervisor and the dog’s owner tried to secure the dog by tethering it only to have the dog break free and head in the direction of a group of deputies re-entering the yard only a few minutes later. Philando Castile’s crime was being born a black man in an age where bigotry and racism should be a thing of the past and yet it oozes and seeps out from the cracks and the holes in the façade, that is used to disguise it under the guise of Law and Order.

Homestead PD Still Doesn’t Know Photography Is Not A Crime

Thursday, June 15th, 2017
Homestead Police Department (HPD), in South Florida, has myriad problems respecting the First Amendment. I went to HPD this week to serve some officers in a civil rights suit, the story was covered earlier. While entering I discovered that HPD still has not learned that photography is not a crime.
I covered HPD officer John Frank, last year, him initially claiming that I could not take his picture. He quickly backed down once I started recording the video below. HPD adopting a policy such as shown in the sign above makes it understandable that some of their officers would fail to realize that photography is not a crime.

However, HPD officers such as Tony

Texas Deputy and Husband Charged with Murder in Strangling Death of Intoxicated Man Caught on Video

Thursday, June 8th, 2017
A Texas deputy and her husband were indicted on murder charges earlier today in the strangling death of a drunk man who had been urinating outside a Denny’s restaurant last month.
And only because a witness happened to capture the chilling killing on video – despite several people trying to block the videographer from recording the incident, claiming it was “illegal.”
It is not illegal to record in public, but it certainly is illegal to strangle a man to death for simply urinating in public.

EXCLUSIVE: Miami’s Top Prosecutor Busted Censoring Darren Rainey Protesters

Monday, June 5th, 2017

Miami-Dade County’s State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle is censoring at least 100 of her critics on Twitter, including a dozen accounts either named Darren Rainey or with the deceased man’s profile image.
We have pictures to prove it.
It all started when the prosecutor sent a tweet about freedom.
This exclusive report is based upon public records requested from the Miami-Dade SAO’s office under Florida’s Sunshine Law, including their social media policy, which as it turns out does not specify that a public official in their office has any allowance to censor citizens by blocking access to their public posts.
Miami residents are in an uproar

So the democrat is obviously not the most informed politician out there.
