62 Seconds and an Innocent Man is Gone and His Killer Walks Free

Wednesday, June 21st, 2017

Philando Castile’s crime was being born a black man in an age where bigotry and racism should be a thing of the past and yet it oozes and seeps out from the cracks and the holes in the façade, that is used to disguise it under the guise of Law and Order.
Philando Castile
Just a few days after Independence Day on July 6th, 2016 Philando, Diamond Reynolds, and their little girl were returning home from shopping when they encountered Officer Jeronimo Yanez , the person that would end Philando’s life and forever changed Diamond and his little girl’s lives in just 62 seconds.
Diamond Reynolds and Daughter
According to the dash camera video and Officer Jeronimo Yanez‘s statement, the traffic stop was initiated because ” I just knew that the driver matched the physical! Description.”

And that is why 62 seconds later after asking for identification and being told by Philando that he was armed legally, Yanez summarily executed Philando for absolutely no reason other than his own cowardice after Yanez profiled Philando Castile.  Some will say that Yanez is also a person of color and they would 100% correct his color is blue

Stalking Away The First Amendment: Part 1

Friday, December 2nd, 2016

Homestead Police Department (HPD) has silenced the First Amendment with false stalking charges and restraining orders.
Their abuses leading to two of my three false arrest, and to me being served with four frivolous restraining orders.
Sadly, such abuses are not limited to Florida, and occur nationwide.
I have researched this new trick in the police playbook being used to stalk away the First Amendment.
PINAC presents this series as a case study on such stalking abuses in Florida and across the country.
Included are discussions on the federal subsidies which create disincentives to fixing the problem, and discussions on Florida stalking law related to the First Amendment and online activities.
The focus is on cops who violate the law, yet when exposed hide behind laws meant for the protection of battered and abused women.
COWARDS!
HPD’s actions inspired creation of the Coward of the Month award, with John Monaco being the first nominee.

Some may choose to skip over this section, but being a Christian I must oblige these officers with truth as they are lacking in knowledge.
Generally, I leave the good Lord out of secular discussions, but HPD officers John Monaco (video above) and Alejandro Murguido (email) blasphemously invoke God.
They bear false witness against their neighbors, not just me, breaking laws as ancient the Decalogue.
Swearing oaths to be the keepers of the law, they do not keep it themselves, instead lording it over others.
I am just waiting for them to abuse scripture, while claiming a blessed status.
Like the Pharisees they lower their profession to one of revenge and tax collection for their temple (City Hall), simultaneously claiming hero status and victimhood.
Hypocrites, Ye Brood of Vipers!
This fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities.
I pray for them, while rebuking them, praying they would repent of their sin, turning back to God.
Regardless, their intimidation will never force me into quietly walking away while they continue unrepentant in their crimes against humanity.
OK Back To Secular Earthly Damnation

NBA Player Acquitted of False Charges After NYPD Maliciously Broke His Leg; Sports Media Largely Silent

Friday, October 9th, 2015

The New York Police Department is out of control, and the New York City prosecutors are right there with them.
In a case of unbelievable police and prosecutorial abuse of power, the NYPD broke an NBA player’s leg last April for “contempt of cop,” and prosecutors decided to ignore the evidence and slap Thabo Sefolosha with three criminal charges anyway.
Today, Sefolosha was acquitted of the charges against him in a trial that shows what a mockery the New York City police and justice departments have become.
On April 8, 2015, Sefolosha and his then-teammate with the Atlanta Hawks, Pero Antić, were leaving a nightclub in New York City after another NBA player, Chris Copeland of the Indiana Pacers was stabbed in the abdomen after an argument at the club.
Police claimed that Sefolosha refused to leave the crime scene and lunged at an officer. Video evidence, and the facts of the story, showed that Sefolosha was leaving the club, already around the corner and 80 feet away from a crime scene that had already been established for half-an-hour when the altercation with an NYPD officer began.
According to Sefolosha, the officer told him “Get off my block, it’s my fucking block…I’ll mess you up.”
Sefolosha answered,”You couldn’t, you’re a midget. Without that badge and gun you’re nothing.”
The video shows Sefolosha heading to his car.
As Sefolosha’s moves to give money to a homeless man, he is mobbed by police and taken to the ground.
Bystanders yelled, “Why are you doing this? You are hurting him!” as police swung a baton at Sefolosha’s legs.
Sefolosha was limping after the police handcuffed him and hauled him to his feet. Police later made a wild claim that Sefolosha told them he broke his leg earlier during a basketball game. Right.
Sefolosha needed surgery after this incident to repair a broken right fibula and torn ligaments. The injuries sidelined him

Cell Phone Video Clears Canadian Man of Assault Charges Despite Phone Going Missing in Police Custody

Thursday, October 8th, 2015

These days, a simple cell phone can make the difference between a conviction and an acquittal.
At least it did for Abdi Sheik-Qasim, who was cleared of assault charges thanks to a video he recorded of the interaction he had last year with two Toronto-based cops.
The best part?
Despite the phone going missing while in police custody, it instantly uploaded a duplicate copy of the 10-second video clip directly to Sheik-Qasim’s email, giving him the proof necessary to clear his name.
“It saved my life, or at least a lot of headaches,” Sheik-Qasim told The Toronto Star, who broke the news last week. “I would have probably been in jail right now.”
The incident took place on Jan. 4, 2014 with officers Piara Dhaliwal and Akin Gul.
Sheik-Qasim, 32, was staying over his uncle’s house in Ontario when law enforcement officials arrived after a noise complaint had been placed by neighbors.  According to The Star, Sheik-Qasim quickly turned down the music’s volume without hesitation and gave the cops his identification.
But when the two police officers insisted on entering his home without a warrant, Sheik-Qasim whipped out his cellphone and began recording the incident, only to have the phone slapped from his hands.
He was then arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer as well as refusal to comply with a court order.
Both officers testified that Sheik-Qasim was the one who initiated the brawl, alleging he reached for Gul’s utility belt, leaving Dhaliwal no choice but to arrest him.
Nevertheless, Ontario Court Justice Edward Kelly disagreed.
But only after he viewed the video.
Kelly cleared Sheik-Qasim of the bogus charges after viewing the clip and stating he found it “extremely troubling” the cellphone went missing while in police custody.
“The absence of the phone is extremely troubling when considered in light of the testimony of the officers, which I regard to
