Florida Cop Gets Life in Prison for Paying to See Girl Raped

Saturday, April 28th, 2018

I will start off by saying that this story brought tears to my eyes, so much so that I didn’t know that I could finish writing the story. Nevertheless I have a job to do and it requires a tough skin.
A former Jacksonville, Florida police officer has been sentenced to life in prison for paying a Texas woman to sexually abuse her 3-year-old daughter and send photos to the officer.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office sent out a news release noting that former Jacksonville Police Officer Michael Eugene Williams was sentenced on Monday. He pleaded guilty in June 2017 to sex trafficking of a child.
The investigation began after the sheriff’s office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A search of Williams’ mobile home on Normandy Boulevard uncovered hundreds of child pornography images and videos. 450 images and videos of child pornography were found on Williams’ cellphone, along with an explicit 18-second video of a young naked girl, court documents state.
In February 2016 the 61-year-old Williams met the Texas woman on the internet and asked her to photograph the sexual abuse of her then-3-year-old daughter and to sell the images to him. The mother consented and sent over 50 videos and pictures of her sexually abusing her own daughter.
Williams would ask the mother to send photos of the little girl performing sexual acts on the mother and other people also. Prosecutors say that Williams sent at least 19 Western Union wire transfer payments to the mother.
Williams received life in prison and the woman received 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of production of child pornography.
As part of his sentencing Williams was ordered to pay $194,905 to the victim, who is still a child, and forfeit electronic equipment used in the sex trafficking, including a

Las Vegas Cop Sexually Assaults Family Member then goes on SWAT Standoff with Police

Saturday, April 28th, 2018

What happens in Vegas is not staying in Vegas for this story, because a Las Vegas cop sexually assaulted his family member for years.
And the officer barricaded himself in his own home once he found out police were on the way to arrest him– prompting an hours long standoff.
Officer Bret Theil, 38, of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was arrested on Thursday morning after he barricaded himself at his house to avoid being arrested for sexually abusing a member of his family from August 2005 to January 2017.  The victim was just 7 years old when the abuse began.
Thiel was tasked with guarding the door of gunman Stephen Paddock’s hotel room during the October 2017 Las Vegas shooting massacre at the  Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Theil earns a whopping 6-figure salary of $150,000 annually. But that figure will soon be $0 as Theil is expected to be fired.
On Wednesday February 7, 2018 Theil was at his Corn Creek Canyon area home when he got a call from his job that he had been indicted by a grand jury on several charges related to sexual assault of one of his minor family members. Thiel agreed to turn himself in, but never did.
Instead Thiel  sent a threatening email to his victim and then barricaded himself within his home claiming he was suicidal, reports Las Vegas Now.
So Las Vegas police arrived at Thiel’s home to apprehend him around 6pm. The SWAT team was even dispatched to try to extract Theil from the home. But he was not coming out easily as he stayed barricaded for 11 hours.
It was not until 5am the next morning that Thiel finally surrendered and accepted his fate.
Details about Theil’s charges have not been released yet because of the ongoing investigation.

Texas Cop Arrested For Soliciting Undercover Cop For $60 Sex

Thursday, January 25th, 2018

Search warrants released Tuesday shed light on new details of Waco, Texas Police Officer Willy Lopez’s arrest on a prostitution charge last week. Additionally the search warrant details an allegation that Lopez had previously recorded a woman cops know to be a prostitute having sex with him.
Lopez, 35, was arrested on Jan. 15 on a Class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution. A member of the Waco Police Department Street Crimes Unit, Lopez was expected to stop prostitution, but instead he used it to his advantage.
The McLennan County Sheriff’s Office conducted an online prostitution buy bust operation on backpage.com. Of all people, Lopez took the bait and arranged to meet the undercover cop for paid sex at a low ball price of $60 on Jan. 12, but Lopez spooked out and cancelled that arrangement.
But the warrant states that Lopez continued verbal interactions with the undercover cop for the next few days eventually scheduling a casual meeting at a restaurant on Jan. 15 near the Baylor University campus. At the restaurant, sheriff’s deputies moved in to make the arrest. Deputies obtained a search warrant for Lopez’s phone and discovered a video of him having sex with a known prostitute, according to the warrant.
The warrant states:
“Upon making contact, Lopez’s cellphone was sitting in his lap, with the screen open. His phone was removed from his lap and secured as he was being detained. There was an open text app called ‘Burner’ that did have [open communication with the undercover cop] active. Upon searching the phone, video of a female, known to me to be a prostitute, enters the room and begins to talk to Lopez about the room. The two individuals then begin to have sexual intercourse on camera.”
Now that Lopez has been burned himself, he is now on administrative leave.

NORTH CAROLINA FEMALE COP KILLS HUSBAND, HUSBAND WAS COP TOO

Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018

It is not often that a cop kills a cop, especially when they are married to each other.
But a North Carolina sheriff’s deputy killed her husband in a domestic dispute on the Martin Luther King holiday. The police department revealed today that no charges have been filed yet and the case is still under investigation.
Deputy Sheriff Rataba Hawkins shot and killed her husband, Deputy Sheriff James Hawkins.
Rataba Hawkins has been with the Mecklenburg Sheriff’s Office since 2002 and is assigned to field operations. James Hawkins was with the office since 2005 and was assigned to arrest processing.
The shooting took place at the couples home on Ashley Meadow Drive in Charlotte, NC. on January 15, 2018.
Officers responded to a domestic violence assault with a deadly weapon 911 call. Officers then located Deputy James Hawkins inside the house with an apparent gunshot wound. Deputy James Hawkins was pronounced deceased on scene by Medic.
Rataba shot her husband with her sheriffs department issued gun. Apparently the too were fighting with each other and Rataba felt threatened for her life and fired fatal shots at her husband.
Spokeswoman for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Department Anjanette Grube released this statement:
The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is saddened to learn of the news concerning an open homicide investigation involving two MCSO deputies. Our hearts go out to their family as they cope and grieve with this tragedy. This is a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police investigation so any questions concerning the investigation should be directed to CMPD. Because the MCSO family grieves with the Hawkins family, we will have chaplains available for our staff.
No arrests have been made yet. The Charlotte Police Department is investigating this case as an homicide. PINAC will stay on top of this story.

MIAMI COP ARRESTED FOR SNORTING COCAINE IN CLUB

Wednesday, January 10th, 2018

The term “Turning up” is used by urban America that describes disorderly conduct via alcohol or illicit drugs. A Miami, Florida cop was arrested for “Turning Up” via snorting cocaine up his nose at a popular south Florida club known as E11even Miami.
The nightclub’s surveillance video confirmed his actions. The video hasn’t been released yet because it’s considered investigative file.
Officer Adrian Santos was arrested on January 9, 2018 for his involvement in drug use that occurred in November 2017. Santos was at E11even Miami on November 17, 2017 partying while off duty and not in uniform. But the Friday night turned bad for Santos when he began snorting cocaine on the dance floor. Club security noticed Santos inhaling a white powdery substance from a clear plastic bag.
Club security then notified officers that were on scene for general security. Santos was escorted outside of the club by security and turned over to waiting officers. It was at that moment that officers took Santos to the hospital to conduct a blood test, which tested positive for cocaine.
The arrest was delayed until the actual white substance was tested.
Forensic analysis positively identified the powdery white substance as cocaine on Monday January 8. Subsequently, Santos was arrested the next day.
Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said in a statement:
“Every police officer who has taken an oath to enforce the law also has a duty to respect and follow the law. There are no exceptions. [Tuesday’s] charges come after a vigorous criminal investigation undertaken by the Miami Police Department and the state attorney’s office aimed at ensuring the integrity of our law enforcement community.”
Santos is now suing the city claiming that he was forcibly made to take a blood test on the night in question.
Santos was charged with cocaine possession and he is suspended with pay pending termination.

Miami Officials Vote to End Revenue Generating Red Light Camera Program

Sunday, December 17th, 2017

City commissioners in Miami agreed on Thursday to pull the plug on their red light camera program early next year.
The city voted unanimously to cancel its contract with American Traffic Solutions, which operates has 147 cameras placed around the city.
Ninety-eight of them are operational.
Now the company has 60 day to discontinue its lucrative operations in the city.
Citations of $158 per ticket will stop after the program vanishes.
But anyone who receives a ticket before the program ends will be responsible for dealing with it.
So-called activists who profit from the program, along with an ATS spokesman, criticized the move.
“Don’t be responsible for more people losing their lives,” Marc Buoniconti, an activist for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, said.
“Are you going to go to the funerals of these families if you turn these cameras off?”
American Traffic Solutions spokesman Charles Territo said in a written statement that videos from the cameras were used for nearly 2,500 police investigations, according to the Miami Herald.
Territo said fatal crashes at intersections equipped with red light cameras fell from 16 in 2015 to four in 2016.
“Nearly 65 percent of the violations issued were given to drivers who didn’t even live in the city,” Territo said.
“Regardless of today’s decision the fact remains that Miami is one of the most dangerous cities in the nation for pedestrians and bicyclists.”
“We wish them the best on their efforts to reduce traffic related collisions, injuries and fatalities,” Territo added.
Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, along with City Commissioner Joe Carollo can now say they kept a campaign promise.

South Carolina Female Sheriff’s Deputy Has Sex with 5 Male Deputies on Duty

Thursday, August 10th, 2017

The last thing the public would expect is for cops to have sex with each other on the job in uniform (well actually out of uniform because clothes are off), but that is exactly what five South Carolina sheriff’s deputies did with a female sheriff’s deputy on duty.
From sargents to lieutenants to captains, five sheriff’s deputies from the York County Sheriff’s Department were disciplined for having sex on the job with the same female deputy.  Sgt. Jennifer Forsythe for whatever reason had consensual sexual relationships on duty with several of her co-workers over a period of 14 years.
Sgt. Forsythe was even an employee of the month at one time. Now she is fired along with her on the job lover Deputy Daniel Hamrick. They both admitted to the relationship.
The Charlotte Observer reports that an anonymous complaint in late July 2017 started the investigation. The York County Sheriff’s Department launched an internal affairs investigation into the matter and discovered that Sgt. Forsythe had sexual encounters on duty on the property of the sheriff’s department. Once Sheriff Kevin Tolson was briefed on the police sexual escapades he took swift action in firing Sgt. Forsythe and Deputy Hamrick because they actually had their sex on the job from 2012 to as recent as 2017.
Sgt. Wayne Richardson, Sgt. Buddy Brown and Capt. Carson Neely were suspended for two weeks without pay because their on duty sex with Sgt. Forsythe happened years ago. Lieutenant Brian Boling was demoted and suspended for his on the job sex with Sgt. Forsythe.

Sheriff Tolson said
“The results of this investigation are very troubling and cast a dark cloud over the York County Sheriff’s Office and its reputation as a professional organization. The actions of these officers have undermined the public’s confidence in our organization and required swift and serious action. Make no

Trump’s Ban on Muslims Divides America and Creates Havoc at Airports Across the Nation

Monday, January 30th, 2017

Donald Trump has been President for less than 10 days and he has already caused mass chaos in airports across America. His executive order went into effect on Saturday which temporarily bans the entry of people trying to get into the United States coming from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, and Yemen. Trump said during his campaign that in order to combat terrorism he wanted to ban Muslims from entering the United States.
The aforementioned countries are all predominantly Muslim nations.
But included in the new president’s executive order are VISA holders, green card holders, and permanent resident’s of the United States who have a legal right to be here. Refugees and asylum seekers from the mentioned countries are also part of the ban. Even military interpreters can’t get visa’s, they must stay in their countries and face retaliation for working with the American Government.
In fact, no Visa’s are being granted whatsoever for inhabitants of the affected nations.
Airports are in disarray because the order was put into action without notice. So even VISA holders, Green Card holders etc. that were already physically on flights to America were held up at terminals once they arrived if they were coming from one of the affected nations.
On Monday acting Attorney General Sally Q. Yates ordered the Department of Justice to not defend Trump’s order according to the NY Times.
Pertaining to her decision, Yates had this to say:
“For as long as I am the acting attorney general, the Department of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the executive order, unless and until I become convinced that it is appropriate to do so.
I am responsible for ensuring that the positions we take in court remain consistent with this institution’s solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right. At present, I am

Former Massachusetts Cop Sent Back to Prison for Child Porn After Early Release from Prior Child Porn Arrest

Monday, December 26th, 2016

A Massachusetts police officer was convicted of possession of child pornography while on duty in 2011 after mistakenly sending a CD of child porn images to the local district attorney, including photos of himself masturbating to these images inside the evidence room of his agency.
Alan Vigiard, who resigned from the Adams Police Department, was sentenced to two years in prison, serving a year in prison.
Last week, the former cop was sentenced to prison again for trading and viewing child porn online, even though the conditions of his release forbid him from accessing the internet for five years.
This time, he was sentenced to 10-12 years, according to Mass Live, which reports that from January to November 2016, Vigiard, 51, accessed and uploaded child pornographic images to chat rooms and traded the images with other online creeps at chatstep.com.
In October 2016, police with the Massachusetts Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip that Vigiard was accessing child pornography.
Police launched an investigation and ended up seizing Vigiard’s phone, tablet, and computer in November 2016. On the devices police found child pornographic images and evidence that Vigiard was accessing the internet.
Police also obtained a search warrant for Vigiard’s home and vehicle; they found tablets, a USB thumb drive, and cell phone containing adult and child pornography. Also, multiple DVDs and magazines featuring adult pornography were seized during the search warrant execution.
During an interview with authorities Vigiard admitted to viewing child pornography via his electronic devices. Vigiard’s reasoning was that he was battling depression and  became self destructive, which initiated his second run in with child pornography.
On Tuesday Vigiard pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of dissemination of child pornography.
His first arrest for child porn came in 2009 after when the married father of two children sent 153

Massachusetts Cop Married to Police Chief Rapes Inmate in Closet

Monday, November 28th, 2016

What happens in the closet stays in the closet, right?
At least that’s what a Massachusetts cop was hoping for when he forced a drunk, naked inmate into a closet and performed oral sex on him before raping him on Halloween night.
Salem police officer Brian Butler, 56, said he simply “gave into temptation.” And insists the sex act between him and the 28-year-old man was consensual.
Considering he is married to the department’s police chief, he should be protected, right?
Except there’s video.
Police say a surveillance video confirms the victim’s allegations against Butler, which led to his arrest by Massachusetts State Police on November 8.
Butler, who has since resigned, was charged with rape, indecent assault and battery and is facing 20 years in prison. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
His wife of 29 years, the department’s first female police chief who took over last year, was so shocked and disheartened over her husband’s excursions that she took vacation time off immediately after his arrest.
Salem Police Chief Mary Butler, who has since returned to duty, said the department should not be judged by the actions of her husband.
“The alleged actions of one person shouldn’t reflect badly upon the department and the officers that are working very diligently every day to do their job,” she said.
According to the Boston Globe:
In a police report filed in court, authorities wrote that Salem police went to the Clipper Ship Inn on Bridge Street at about 3:07 a.m. on Oct. 31, where they found an intoxicated man wearing “soaking wet” clothing because he had flooded his motel room.
The man was taken into protective custody and driven to the police station, where he removed his clothes and fell asleep in a holding cell. Between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., the man was lying naked in his cell when Butler asked if
