Now, the interim chief ordered his subordinate to be issued a ticket.
But that was more than a month after the incident only after the Austin American-Statesmen obtained dash cam video showing Austin Assistant Chief Chris Mcllvain racing to a basketball game in a city-owned vehicle during off-duty hours.

Louisiana Cop Convicted for Killing 6-Year-Old Autistic Boy

Monday, March 27th, 2017

A Louisiana cop who fatally shot a 6-year-old autistic boy five times on November 3, 2015 was convicted of the crime on Friday.
Marksville city marshal Derrick Stafford found himself in hot water before in 2011 when he was indicted on two counts of aggravated rape for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl, but Rapides Parish assistant district attorney Monique Metoyer dismissed the charges without explanation.
During the recent trial, Stafford testified in his own defense and attempted to explain to jurors why he didn’t render any aid to 6-year-old Jeremy Mardis, who was riding in the passenger seat with his father

Monday, March 27th, 2017
A TSA agent in Texas was captured on camera by the mother of a young boy conducting a pat-down that many on social media say amounts to an inappropriate search during a detainment that lasted more than an hour, resulting in the family missing their flight.
Grapevine resident Jennifer Williams posted the two-minute video taken at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Facebook Sunday.
“We were treated like dogs,” Williams posted on Facebook saying she was “livid” over the ordeal.
Video shows the Transportation Security Administration agent running his hand up the boy’s crotch several times while standing behind the boy, then moving to the front and

Ohio Cop “Accidentally” Deleted 100,000 Dash Cam Videos Dating Back to 2015

Friday, March 24th, 2017
An Ohio cop deleted an estimate 100,000 dash cam videos of Columbus Police Division traffic stops and call responses after a sworn officer working in the Technical Services Bureau made a few errant key strokes on March 8.
The mass deletion has caused skepticism and distrust among many community members and activists who don’t believe the vanishment of 100,000 videos was an accident.
Police officials didn’t even realize the files disappeared until March 13, which prompted an internal affairs investigation to look into whether or not it was actually an accident.
The officer, who so far has not been named, deleted all

Florida Cop will not be Charged for Forcing Woman to Perform Oral Sex on him

Friday, March 24th, 2017
A Florida cop accused of grabbing a woman’s head and forcing her to perform oral sex on him inside his patrol car will not face charges, even though prosecutors have “sufficient evidence” the sex act took place.
They just don’t have enough evidence to prove the oral sex was “coerced or forced.”
Now the Orlando Police Department will conduct an investigation to determine whether Detective Angel Burgos violated departmental policy by inviting a woman into his unmarked patrol car and having her pleasure him orally.

Thursday, March 23rd, 2017

Texas state troopers forcefully dragged an activist out of the State Capital during a public committee hearing on a bill seeking to restrict abortions after a committee chairman announced orders for her stop live streaming footage of her political representatives in action even though Texas law clearly states it’s a legally protected activity.
State Affairs Committee Chairman Byron Cook directed liberty activist Amy Hedtke to stop recording the meeting over the proposed restrictions, claiming she wasn’t permitted to record because she didn’t have the proper media credentials.
