A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the November kidnapping and murder of a Doral man whose apartment was ransacked by armed home invaders who said they were members of a violent Venezuelan street gang.Julio Cesar Hernandez-Montero, 27, was booked into a Miami-Dade jail Thursday on charges of first-degree murder, armed attempted home invasion robbery, carjacking, attempted armed kidnapping, records showed.
