The FBI is trying to determine why Thomas Crooks decided to open fire at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. Officials say local police saw him on the rooftop, but couldn’t stop him before the shooting. They say Crooks’ father called police after the shooting, saying his son and an AR-style rifle were missing. NBC News’s Stephanie Gosk reports.
