The Park Fire in Northern California has scorched 70,000 acres and has forced hundreds to evacuate. Authorities blamed an arsonist for setting the fire and arrested a suspect. Fires were also burning in the Pacific Northwest and Canada. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
