Acting Secret Service head: Warning about would-be Trump assassin never reached agents

Ronald Rowe, the acting director of the Secret Service, said a warning about a gunman just before the attempted assassination of former President Trump didn’t reach his agents because they were not able to hear radio communications from local police. Rowe also blamed the failure on separate command posts used by police and the Secret Service. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley reports.
