High Alert! In this video, there are two large Tropical Disturbances and both can develop into Tropical Storms or Hurricanes.1.) The first one is sitting over the Northeast Caribbean. There is a major flood threat with this area, from Puerto Rico to Dominica! Please spread the word… Mudslides possible, dangerous rivers likely. This area will move toward the Bahamas and near the Southeast Coast of the US, where it could develop more…2.) The second area is likely to develop, but more likely to stay over water.
