Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk’s accused killer, sat in court today as his defense team accused prosecutors of having a conflict of interest. Prosecutors argued this was an effort to stall and delay the proceedings. The judge ruled in favor of the prosecution. NBC’s Morgan Chesky has the story.
