Suspected Sawgrass Mills voyeur now accused of doing same thing at Target in Fort Lauderdale

Fitness trainer and influencer Ken Constantine, accused of recording two women in a changing room at the Sawgrass Mills mall in late July, is also suspected of doing the same thing to a woman in Fort Lauderdale, according to an arrest warrant obtained on Monday.
