A man accused of stalking Shakira was arrested outside her Miami Beach home yesterday.Officials say 56-year-old Daniel John Valtier made several social media posts about the singer, provided to police by Shakira’s security director.In one post, the Texas man described how he would marry Shakira and open a business with her, and how he had a relationship with her children and provided their names.
