A man accused of stalking Shakira was arrested outside her Miami Beach home yesterday.â â Officials say 56-year-old Daniel John Valtier made several social media posts about the singer, provided to police by Shakira’s security director.â â In one post, the Texas man described how he would marry Shakira and open a business with her, and how he had a relationship with her children and provided their names.â
