Hurricane Julia makes landfall with winds of 85 mph, and gusts around 95 mph. It moved into the coast of Nicaragua early this morning. Life-threatening flash flooding is possible in parts of Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatamala. Heavy rain will move into parts of Mexico. Most of the heavy rain stays south of Belize.
