Daughter of victim killed in FHP chase crash trying to get visa to attend funeral from Cuba

The daughter of a Homestead truck driver killed in a crash that also claimed the life of a Florida Highway Patrol trooper is asking for help finding a way out of Cuba so she can attend her father’s funeral.
