A driver accused in a street takeover in Pompano Beach is facing serious charges after officials said he struck and killed a man on a bicycle while fleeing from deputies early Sunday.The driver, identified as 22-year-old Kenroy Jackson Jr., was reportedly participating in a street takeover at the intersection of McNab Road and Andrews Avenue, when he struck a responding BSO K-9 vehicle and fled the scene, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said.
