New report says FBI fails to protect some children from sexual abuse

Three years after the FBI acknowledged mishandling the sexual abuse investigation into former USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar, a scathing new report says the bureau is still failing to properly investigate some child sex abuse cases. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian has details.
