Attorneys general sue TikTok for allegedly damaging children’s mental health

Thirteen states and the District of Columbia sued TikTok, saying the social media app does not do enough to prevent young users from becoming addicted to it. TikTok denies the claims. NBC News’ Brian Cheung reports.
