Charges upped for man accused of having child sex abuse images while on probation for same crime

Broward County prosecutors upgraded charges Monday against a 23-year-old Pompano Beach man who was arrested in October after being accused of possessing child sexual abuse images and videos — all while on probation for the exact same crime.
