Man arrested after death of woman found naked on side of I-95

Ted Scouten reports from Miami-Dade County where Lorent Junior Pion is a person of interest in the death of 22-year-old Nahomi, who was found naked on the side of Interstate 95. Pion is being held on other charges in Miramar.
