We’re learning new details on the Russian national caught in a yacht heist in Hobe Sound. It was a dramatic chase through Martin County’s waterways Monday afternoon. Police arrested 29-year-old Nikolai Vilkov after he allegedly stole a $2.5 million dollar yacht.
