Hit-and-run driver will head to trial after plea deal rescinded

After a family’s calls for justice and NBC6’s report, Miami-Dade state attorneys stopped plea negotiations on Monday with a hit-and-run driver accused of killing one woman and injuring two people in Miami Gardens back in 2023.
