Dashcam shows Miami-Dade Corrections Civilian Division chief’s arrest

The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office released dashcam video Wednesday which captured the July arrest of Omar Fernandez, the Civilian Division Chief for the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department.
