Secretary of State Marco Rubio is on the stand to testify in the federal money laundering trial of his former roommate, former Miami congressman David Rivera. Prosecutors said that Rivera and a political consultant lobbied U.S. lawmakers to ease political pressure and “normalize relations” with Venezuela’s former dictator Nicolas Maduro.
