No U.S. casualties reported in Iran’s retaliatory strikes

Officials say that there have been no U.S. casualties and damage to U.S. military installations in the region is minimal following Iran’s retaliatory strikes. Iran’s strikes came after the U.S. launched a series of attacks that killed the country’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei.
