The Miami Center for Mental Health and Recovery, a project promised to voters more than twenty years ago, appears closer than ever to finally getting the approval it needs from the county commission. The only remaining roadblock: Miami Dade County Commission Chairman Anthony Rodriguez, who has so far refused to say when – or even if – he will allow the full commission to vote on it.
