Flooding impacts residents across Miami-Dade and Broward counties

Hours after heavy rain moved through South Florida Wednesday morning, residents of a North Miami neighborhood remained surrounded by floodwaters, with some unable to get to work and others seeing their vehicles stall while trying to leave.
