A man accused of repeatedly stabbing a restaurant employee to death inside a Miami trolley last year is now claiming he acted in self-defense.
Lamont Collins is facing a second-degree murder charge in the death of 49-year-old Adolf Bruce on Feb. 4, 2025.
Collins, who has chosen to represent himself, sat alongside prosecutors on Tuesday in court as they reviewed graphic video evidence in the case.
He watched the stabbing closely and took notes.
