Suspect busted after striking child with dirt bike while trying to flee police in Miami Beach

A 29-year-old man accused of striking a 10-year-old girl with a dirt bike and fleeing the scene on Ocean Drive has been arrested, Miami Beach police announced Thursday in a press release.
