USS Abraham Lincoln docks in Thailand after over 9 months at sea

When the U.S. began its war in Iran over six months ago, the USS Abraham Lincoln — an aircraft carrier with about 5,000 U.S. sailors and Marines on board — was diverted to the Middle East to assist with operations. Today, NBC News’ Courtney Kube reports from Thailand, where the ship finally stopped at a port in the resort city of Pattaya for a “rest and relaxation” break.
