The 12-page report released by the NTSB on Thursday doesn't give a possible cause of the Sept. 6 crash of the Boeing 767, but does offer details about how fast it was going and how it ran off the runway.
According to the report, the plane touched down about 3,750 feet past the threshold of the 9,360-foot runway at a ground speed of 160 knots, or about 184 mph.
In a statement Thursday, 21 Air said they were reviewing the NTSB report and will "take all appropriate action to improve our safety based on the facts as they are established."
