Klay Thompson delivered a clutch 3-pointer with just one second remaining, completing a 20-point comeback and lifting the Miami Heat to a much-needed 117-116 overtime win over the LA Clippers on Wednesday.
The Clippers were holding onto a two-point lead in the final moments of overtime when Bam Adebayo set a screen along the baseline, leaving Thompson wide open in the left corner.
Giannis Antetokounmpo quickly passed him the ball, and Thompson fired off the shot before Clippers guard Kobe Sanders could close in. The 3-pointer went straight through the net with one second left, sealing the dramatic comeback victory.
