A scary scene was caught on camera as a man with a machete acted erratically outside a Lakeland home. Polk County sheriff's deputies say the unknown man wielded the weapon at a Ring camera for a few seconds on Halloween. They say he then used it to smash the side mirror off a car in the driveway, and then took off.
