Four people were found dead inside a home in southwest Miami-Dade Sunday in what police believe was a murder-suicide shooting, and a neighbor said healthcare workers had previously raised red flags.Miami-Dade Police swarmed the home on Southwest 147th Court in Kendale Lakes where officials confirmed four people, two men and two women, were found dead.
