Man caught on camera swiping packages from vehicle outside of Coral Gables Home Depot, police say

A 53-year-old man, labeled a “Christmas Grinch” by police, was arrested in Miami Beach Thursday in connection with a theft that occurred last November in the city of Miami, authorities said.
