The Israeli government is warning residents to be prepared for retaliatory strikes from Iran and its allies. It comes the U.S. rushed a guided missile submarine and an aircraft carrier strike group to the Middle East to try and deter an Iranian attack. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports from Haifa, Israel.
