Winter weather pummels millions from midwest to northeast

Millions of people were again under winter alerts and blizzard warnings from the Great Lakes to the Northeast. More snow is forecasted in places like Erie, Pa., where five feet have already fallen. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports.
