USDA inspectors return to Miami Seaquarium with final report expected this week

Investigators were back on Miami Seaquarium property regarding the transfer of the seaquarium’s operating lease from its current owners Palace Entertainment to the company that recently purchased it, Mexican-based The Dolphin Company.
