Wyoming entrepreneur Reid Rasner has offered to buy TikTok for nearly $50 billion from its current Chinese owners ByteDance. Rasner’s offer comes as President Trump said he plans to speak with China about TikTok’s future in the U.S. NBC News’ Savannah Sellers spoke to Rasner about why he wants to buy TikTok.
