Armando Fogaça, a Brazilian-born personal trainer and fitness influencer with hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram, was arrested Monday after authorities said he hit a Miami Beach police motorman and fled onto the MacArthur Causeway, where he wrecked into a vehicle at speed.
