Police seek vandal suspected of throwing acid on family’s cars in Allapattah

A disturbing act of vandalism was caught on surveillance video early Saturday morning in Miami-Dade County’s Allapattah neighborhood, where a man on a scooter was seen tossing what appeared to be acid onto a family’s cars — twice.
