Authorities arrest man accused of killing driver in northwest Miami-Dade hit-and-run

A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 69-year-old pedestrian in northwest Miami-Dade earlier this month, authorities confirmed Wednesday.
