Commissioners discuss Fisher Island Terminal bunker fuel storage

During a special meeting on Thursday, Miami-Dade County commissioners discussed the Fisher Island Terminal, a large-scale bunker fuel storage that connects to PortMiami and TransMontaigne sold earlier this year.
