The latest criminal case against rapper Kodak Black was dismissed Tuesday in Broward after a judge granted the defense motion involving a charge of fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
The 29-year-old Pompano Beach native, whose real name is Bill Kapri, won his case in court Tuesday when a judge dismissed the charge. The allegations date back to February when a Broward Sheriff’s deputy pulled up behind Kapri, who was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee along Northwest 18th Avenue and MLK Jr. Boulevard.
Court documents said the deputy called out to Kapri, saying "what’s going on boss? You good?" and Kapri responded "fine" and drove away from the scene.
