New surveillance video shows the moment a South Florida emergency room nurse was beaten and knocked down to the floor by a patient as her attorney is announcing plans to sue the hospital.
The violent incident happened back on May 30 at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where Yanira Equileor was working her shift.
The surveillance video shows a different nurse being chased by the patient, who hit another worker before turning around and hitting Equileor.
