A Fort Lauderdale woman accused of stealing a marked cop car made a bizarre appearance in bond court on Wednesday following her arrest.
Shannon Marie Dillon, 42, was taken into custody after the Dodge Charger was stolen from the public parking lot area of a Public Safety Building, authorities said.
Dillon appeared before a St. Lucie judge on Wednesday. She spoke, smiled and laughed as the judge read the allegations against her, and at multiple points he asked her to pay attention.
