A video showing a seemingly malnourished dog trapped on a downtown Miami apartment balcony drew widespread attention and calls for the animal’s rescue. Musician Kevin Alexander Benjamin, who goes by DJ KB, was arrested Friday and faces an animal cruelty charge, according to the Miami Herald.
