Streets become rivers due to severe flooding

Huge rains once again pummeled South Florida, with the hardest hit zones in northern Broward County picking up 4 to 6 inches of additional rain. Now a flood advisory is in effect in Broward. This is on top of a couple of huge rain events already this week. Chopper6 flew over Davie and found streets that had become rivers and people tried to walk through calf-high waters.
