Man gets 50 years after fatally shooting father who was shielding son, 1, in Miami Beach

Tamarius Blair Davis was sentenced to 50 years in prison on Thursday for fatally shooting Dustin Wakefield, a 21-year-old father who was protecting his 1-year-old son during a 2021 visit to a Miami Beach restaurant.
